Polymer Injection
The polymer injection is a widely used process by various industries for a large number of functions. Thus it is vastly spread in the different industries related to agriculture, and medical equipments etc. The polymer injection is a method used in primary and secondary dilution of polymers for specific functions.
The polymer injection is a method of injecting any required polymer either natural or synthetic, to perform the desired function.
The polymer injection machine: The machine was designed and brought to working by the Diedrich’s engineers. This innovative machine was created to inject a liquid polymer solution into the established turf as in the sports field like the golf course, or any landscaped area. The main aim was to reduce the water usage in the arid regions for agriculture, horticulture and other grass related applications.
Polymer injecting system: This system was created by the Sanitary Services for the distribution of diluted water into the polymer injecting system. The system was used in the primary and the secondary dilution of polymers. The flow rate of the water was controlled and kept constant for the proper dilution of the polymer.
Polymer Injection forming: The polymer injection is used to inject the adhesives to combine two different materials to receive the beneficial properties of both the materials. Thus reduces the costs of using both the things differently.
Polymer injection used to mend damaged nerves: Scientist have performed experiments using the polymer injection method into organisms to observe the recovery. A few scientists injected a polymer named polyethylene glycol or commonly known as PEG into dogs within three days of a spinal injury. The results showed great improvements in their recovery.
Polymer injection pump: This machine was created for basically injecting the polymer named polyacrylamide solution in the tertiary recovery. The pump is composed of a power unit, hydraulic unit, a motor, a base, and a pipe. It is a compact structure that is small in degradation and high in its efficiency and safety. It is also a highly reliable machine with very small wear on the oil seal and seal packing. The maintenance is easy and creates very less noise.
The polymer injection method is used for a large number of functions by the varied industries and scientists for their varied researches. The methods and machines described above are just a few of those uses from a vast pool of functions.
